RETURNS
If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your VAVAunderwear, we are happy to refund or exchange your item/s. Please notify us via the Contact Us section of the website within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We want you to be happy with what you bought, so our return policy is very simple: we will take the products back as long as they’re unwashed, unworn, with tags and original packaging. We can either send you a replacement or refund the full amount; it’s totally up to you. To return or exchange items, please send them back to us with a note indicating your order number and what you would like instead. Please note that you can only exchange or return items bought on our online store.
Our garments are created with love, care and attention. Once you have received your VAVA items and have made sure they're the right size, we recommend washing them before wearing. If you keep to our washing recommendations, you should not experience any issues. However, if you do experience any faults or issues, you are under guarantee that we will replace your garment up to 30 days after purchase.
